IMI VW Type I 9 Tooth Pinion Hi-Torque Starter 1.2 kW Reverse Rotation
IMI's Hi-Torque Starter IMI-101. This unit is designed for a Volkswagen applications using a Type I transmission bell housing.  This unit is similar to the IMI-104 but has a shorter pinion depth. This unit is also similar to the IMI-105 but has a smaller diameter pinion gear with a 9 tooth pinion gear for a 130 tooth flywheel.
